How to do a Chest Press at Home


You can get a great workout at home. All you need is a stability ball (a.k.a. a swiss ball), a yoga mat and a few weights to get started. Here is a chest press utilizing the ball as the bench. Using a ball helps you to build your balance, core strength, and coordination. It also makes the chest press a total-body workout. But pressing your hips up to the ceiling and stabilizing your torso you are activating your glutes and working out your abs and butt, in addition to the pecs.
